I can’t recommend Tom Kegode highly enough as a facilitator. He generously donated his time to lead a session for Crisis, bringing together 30 participants from both Crisis and Lloyds Banking Group. In advance, he worked closely with me to shape an ambitious agenda—helping us push the group to co-create a bold, proactive 3-year strategy for the Crisis Homelessness Alliance, our network of employers committed to ending homelessness through action in the workplace and communities.
