With 15+ years of experience in people innovation and organisational development I’ve worked across boundaries to unlock new ways of working, thinking, and collaborating.
At SparkShift, I'll work with you to bring together the right squads of people to tackle complex challenges, whether it’s rethinking workplace culture, designing better ways of working, running innovation sprints that actually move the needle or large scale activation events for thousands of leaders.
My role? An orchestrator, coach, and connector—helping teams push past blockers, build momentum, and create sustainable shifts that last beyond the project.
